You will define and own the test strategy across system, integration, and UAT phases—ensuring robust data flows, exception handling, and end-to-end functionality.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage the test strategy and plans for iPaaS integrations (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar).
-
Coordinate functional, integration, performance, and regression testing across multiple systems.
-
Liaise with developers, integration architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and drive test coverage.
-
Design test cases and manage test data, environments, and automation frameworks (where applicable).
-
Lead defect triage and risk-based prioritisation.
-
Support UAT and ensure traceability across all test phases.
-
Provide timely reporting, test metrics, and sign-off criteria.
Essential Skills & Experience:
-
Proven experience as a Test Manager on complex integration projects, ideally with iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure Logic Apps, etc.).
-
Strong knowledge of integration patterns, data validation, and exception handling.
-
Hands-on experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, SoapUI) and automation frameworks.
-
Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid delivery environments and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
-
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
-
Able to work independently, manage remote teams, and influence across business and technical teams.
Desirable:
-
Experience in sectors such as Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, or Healthcare.
-
Knowledge of EDI, middleware, or microservices architectures.
-
ISTQB certification or equivalent.
