Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager opportunity I'm delighted to have teamed up with a longstanding client on a Senior Product Manager position that will focus on their new digital customer journey.

The role is hands on in a fast moving environment so would be ideal for someone that loves variety, collaboration and solving real life customer problems with cutting edge solutions.

Overview of the Role: • Taking a lead on the CRO programme - you'll work very closely with UX and design to improve conversion and performance • Owning the customer journey - enhancing functionality, improving engagement and implementing new features to increase value • Stakeholder management - the product integrates with third party platforms so the ideal candidate will need to manage these relationships from time to time

The Ideal Candidate: • 5+ years experience in Product (ideally in optimisation and greenfield work) • Strong experience in CRO and UX • Data led in your approach • Strong stakeholder management skills • Strong understanding of omni-channel journeys • Strategic minded (always thinks big picture!)
