Commercial Manager

Intervl are working with a hyper-growth energy software company that is building out a new service offering and is looking for someone to take full ownership of shaping it from the ground up.

This is not a maintenance role. This is a build role.

They need someone who has operated in an early-stage startup environment and understands how to create structure where there currently isn’t any from designing the operational processes, partnerships, scheduling workflows, commercial structure, contracts, customer journey and GTM foundations needed to successfully launch and scale a new proposition.

You’ll sit at the centre of the business working across operations, commercial, customer and leadership teams with genuine autonomy and influence.

Ideal background:

• Startup / scale-up experience within a EV Charging company is a must

• Revenue Operations / Commercial Operations / GTM Ops / Sales Ops

• Process creation and operational design

• Experience launching new services or propositions
