Product Designer
Job Description :
Our Client is seeking a Product Designer to join their Enterprise Design & Research (ED&R) team, supporting the creation of high-quality, scalable design work across our global product ecosystem. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented designer with strong Figma skills and an interest in design systems, component creation, and systems-thinking in UI design.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering partners — many of whom are US based, requiring comfort with virtual collaboration and cross-communication. You will contribute to foundational design tasks, maintain reusable design assets, support internal design standards, and ensure consistency across experiences.
At times, you will work on quick-turnaround projects, so a proactive mindset and strong organizational habits are essential.
As you grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to expand into more complex design initiatives gaining exposure to end-to-end product design processes, research insights, and enterprise-level design operations.
Key Responsibilities :
• Build, maintain, and document Figma components within established design systems
• Apply systems-thinking to create consistent, scalable UI solutions
• Support designers and engineers with clear, organized design files and annotations
• Collaborate with US based teams via video calls and async communication tools
• Contribute to foundational design tasks, including wireframes, UI layouts, and component updates
• Support quick-turnaround requests while maintaining high design quality
• Help maintain workflow standards, design libraries, and operational processes for the team.
Required Skills & Experience :
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and design system structures
• Understanding of design systems and scalable UI patterns
• Ability to work collaboration across time zones and in hybrid team environments
• Strong communication and attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Positive, proactive, attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on foundational design work
• Interest in enterprise-scale product design and design operations.
