We are currently recruiting experienced Class 1 (CE) Tramping Drivers for work based in Colchester.
This role is ideal for drivers looking for regular driving work who are happy to stay away overnight. A £30 daily tramping allowance is provided to help cover essential expenses while staying away.
Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned deliveries and collections.
Drive safely and efficiently while adhering to road transport regulations.
Stay away overnight as part of the tramping role.
Complete vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is maintained in a safe condition.
Ensure all delivery paperwork and relevant documentation are completed accurately.
Maintain a professional attitude when dealing with customers and colleagues.
£19.00 £21.85 per hour, depending on the shift and assignment.

Temp-to-perm opportunity.
Regular tramping work with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Valid Class 1 (Category CE) driving licence.
Valid Driver CPC.
Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
Previous Class 1 driving experience.
Willingness to stay away overnight.
