We're growing fast and need a consultant who's already got the fundamentals locked — someone who understands that the real game in recruitment is in opening doors, not just filling them. If business development is the part of the job that gets you out of bed in the morning, you'll feel right at home here.

What you'll actually do

• Drive new business — proactively identify and win new client relationships through outreach, networking, and converting warm leads. This is a BD-led role first.
• Own the full 360 desk — you'll manage both sides of the process: building client relationships and sourcing, screening, and placing strong technical candidates.
• Build a pipeline that compounds — you'll work the market intelligently, not just reactively. That means mapping accounts, nurturing long-term relationships, and spotting opportunities before they go live.
• Represent clients credibly — get under the skin of your clients' tech stacks, team structures, and hiring challenges so you can advise properly, not just transact.
• Hit and exceed targets — you'll have clear revenue goals, with uncapped upside for the people who surpass them.

What you bring

• 2+ years in IT or technology recruitment
• Proven track record winning new business — not just filling briefs
• Comfortable talking to CTOs, and IT management/Executives
• Strong candidate sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and networks
• Self-starter who doesn't need to be in the office to be productive
• Commercially sharp — you understand margin, urgency, and leverage
