• Extensive accessible Front End development experience (WCAG compliance).

\n

• Strong experience with NHS Front End Toolkit.

\n

• Proven experience working with GDS in UK public sector. Server Side Rendered Front End development.

\n

• Django application development. Working in multi-disciplinary, user-centred design teams. Agile delivery environments with start-up mentality.

\n

• TDD, BDD, pair/mob programming, CI/CD, IaC.

\n

• Facilitating technical decisions and building team consensus. End-to-end ownership and proactive problem-solving. Delivering safe and secure solutions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with ambiguity. Continuous improvement mindset.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with AI-augmented Front End delivery.

\n

• Previous NHS experience. GOV.UK Design System experience. Python development. API integration experience.

• Cloud migration projects. Extracting and modernising Legacy systems. Cross-organisation collaboration. Mentoring and coaching developers.
