Location: Leeds, UK
Working Model: Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite at client location
Contract Duration: Initial contract - subject to project requirements
Rate: £300 per day, Inside IR35
Eligibility: UK National with a minimum of 5 years of continuous, unbroken UK residency
Experience: 5+ years relevant experience
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AppViewX & Keyfactor Integration Automation Engineer to design, develop, enhance and maintain automation solutions integrating AppViewX with Keyfactor Command and enterprise certificate management environments.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in AppViewX automation, Keyfactor Command, PKI/certificate life cycle management, REST API integrations, Scripting and workflow automation. You will work closely with technical and security teams to automate certificate-related processes, improve operational efficiency and troubleshoot complex integration issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, configure and enhance AppViewX automation workflows and functionality.
- Design and implement integrations between AppViewX and Keyfactor Command.
- Automate PKI and certificate life cycle management processes.
- Develop and consume REST APIs for system integration and workflow automation.
- Create automation scripts using Python and/or PowerShell.
- Build reusable workflows and automation components to reduce manual operational processes.
- Integrate certificate management capabilities into wider enterprise applications and platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve issues across AppViewX, Keyfactor and integrated systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve automation performance, reliability and scalability.
- Optimize existing workflows, integrations and scripts for performance and maintainability.
- Work with security and infrastructure teams to ensure automation follows enterprise security standards.
- Support testing, deployment and production implementation of automation solutions.
- Document workflows, integrations, configurations and operational procedures.
- Follow DevOps and automation best practices, including version control, testing and controlled deployments.

Required Experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AppViewX automation, integration and enterprise certificate management.
- Strong practical experience developing and maintaining AppViewX workflows.
- Proven experience integrating Keyfactor Command with AppViewX or other enterprise platforms.
- Solid understanding of PKI, digital certificates and certificate life cycle management.
- Experience working with RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong Scripting/programming capability using Python and/or PowerShell.
- Experience troubleshooting complex automation and integration issues.
- Ability to work effectively within enterprise infrastructure, security and DevOps environments.
This role is strictly open to UK Nationals who have maintained a minimum of 5 years of continuous, unbroken UK residency.
