Job Title: Application Developer - Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud Reporting Developer
Location: Edinburgh/Glasgow, UK (Remote with occasional business travel)
Rate: GBP 320/day (Inside IR35)
Eligibility: UK Nationals only with a minimum of 5 years' continuous UK residency

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer - Oracle EBS/Oracle Cloud Reporting Developer to support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise reporting solutions across Oracle environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), with experience delivering reporting solutions for Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Financials.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to design and develop high-quality reports, dashboards, and data extracts that support critical business processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience developing reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
• Experience as an Oracle Cloud Reporting Developer.
• Good knowledge of Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Financials reporting.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database skills.
• Experience developing data models and report templates.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments is desirable.
