Duck Creek Developer

• 3+ years of hands-on experience developing on the Duck Creek platform (Policy, Billing, or Claims).
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL Server, and XML/XSLT within the Duck Creek development context.
• Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand (SaaS) and/or on-premise deployment models.
• Solid understanding of P&C insurance product structures, rating, underwriting, and policy life cycle.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with source control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication skills; ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Duck Creek certification (eg, Associate or Professional level) is advantageous.
