Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect/Technical Consultant with 15+ years of experience in the Microsoft technology stack and strong expertise in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM).

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience delivering full life cycle Dynamics CRM/365 CE implementations, leading technical architecture and design, managing integrations and data migration, and working closely with customers, business analysts, functional leads, developers, and SMEs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.

• Work closely with BAs, SMEs, end users, and Functional Leads to understand business requirements and recommend appropriate Dynamics solutions.

• Design integrations between Dynamics 365 CE and third-party applications.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to Dynamics developers and product SMEs.

• Prepare High-Level Solution Architecture and detailed Technical Design Documents.

• Lead data integration and data migration activities.

• Support onsite/offshore delivery models and coordinate with distributed technical teams.

• Participate in client discussions, solution workshops, and technical presentations.

• Conduct pre-sales demonstrations and support solution proposals.

• Ensure solutions follow appropriate Microsoft development frameworks, architecture standards, and best practices.

Required Technical Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Microsoft technologies, with significant experience as a Technical Consultant or Architect.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/Dynamics CRM.

• Experience across multiple Dynamics CRM/CE versions, including CRM 4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, and Dynamics 365.

• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework 4.5+ and OOP concepts.

• Strong experience with WCF and Web API.

• Experience with MVC, Entity Framework, and Enterprise Library.

• Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2008+, SSRS, and FetchXML.

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, and SQL.

• Experience with TypeScript and its conversion/compilation to JavaScript.

• Experience with Azure Logic Apps.

• Strong understanding of data integration and data migration.
