Murex Support Analyst

• Provide first and second-line support for Murex applications, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with trading and risk management teams to understand their needs and enhance system capabilities.
• Manage and support Markit Wire functionalities, ensuring seamless integration with Murex.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance to optimize functionality.
• Assist in the implementation of system upgrades and enhancements.
• Document support processes and maintain knowledge base articles for user reference.
• Participate in training sessions for end-users to enhance system utilization.
• Work closely with IT and development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Proven experience in Murex support or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of trading processes and risk management.
• Familiarity with Markit Wire is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
