Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud/Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Good functional knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Experience with one or more Oracle Talent Management modules.
• Experience in production/application support environments.
• Strong understanding of HCM business processes.
• Experience with configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and issue resolution.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with offshore/onshore teams.
