Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant (Fast Formulas)

The Shared Services Program is responsible for providing ongoing support to the live Oracle system, implementing system enhancements, managing monthly and quarterly Oracle upgrades, and expanding the Oracle solution to additional Government bodies.

• Extensive experience in creating and maintaining Fast Formulas across all HCM domains
• Deep understanding of Time & Labor (T&L), Absence Management, and Payroll processes
• Ability to design complex formula logic for validations, calculations, and integrations
• Experience in debugging and optimizing Fast Formulas for performance and accuracy.

NOTE: Hybrid - 2 or 3 days in the office
