Oracle Fusion Project Manager

Job Description:

• Proven experience managing large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Oracle Fusion Financials
• Experience delivering Finance Transformation programs within financial services or fintech/software environments
• Strong background working with Finance stakeholders (CFO, Controllers, FP&A, Accounting)
• Experience managing systems integrators and cross-functional delivery teams
• Expert in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management, and reporting capabilities
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive (fast) decisions in complex environments quickly
• Ability to create and visualize presentations and results on executive summary level

Preferred Oracle Fusion experience

• Strong understanding of finance processes and controls
  Experience with Oracle Fusion modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Reporting
  Familiarity with data migration, integrations, testing cycles, and cutover planning
