Location: Remote within UK - occasional travel to Edinburgh/Glasgow
Rate: £280/day - Inside IR35
Contract: Contract
Eligibility: Minimum 5 years of continuous UK residency

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Package Specialist to support Oracle Cloud HCM recruitment and talent-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

Support Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and configuration activities.
Work across Recruiting and Talent Management modules.
Analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle HCM solutions.
Support configuration, testing, troubleshooting and deployment.
Collaborate with HR, business and technical stakeholders.
Provide functional support and resolve Oracle HCM issues.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud.
Experience with Oracle Talent Management.
Good understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud configuration and processes.
Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience working on Oracle Cloud HCM projects.
