Power Platform Consultant

This is a hybrid working position and requires being on site in London 2 days per week.

Overview:

An experienced Power Platform Consultant to lead the enterprise rollout of Microsoft Power Platform, starting with Power BI Service.
This role focuses on governance, compliance, adoption, and defining target operating model for the Power BI Service. The consultant will establish the framework for secure, compliant, and scalable use of Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, ensuring successful integration into existing Microsoft 365 environment.

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Power BI Service administration & rollout (governance, workspace strategy, tenant settings, user adoption).
• Deep knowledge of the wider Power Platform governance (environments, DLP, CoE Starter Kit, ALM practices, etc).
• Familiarity with M365 security & compliance services (Entra ID security groups, Purview audit logs, MIP, sensitivity labels).
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform Admin Center, PowerShell, .Net, and Admin APIs for monitoring and automation.
• Experience with Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate governance.
• Familiarity with Azure Log Analytics, Sentinel, or other monitoring tools for Power Platform audit data.

Functional Skills:

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (IT, Compliance, Security, Business units, etc.).
• Experience with BAU support models (monitoring refresh failures, adoption KPIs)

Consulting experience - able to translate business requirements into governance design
