What you'll bring:

SAP HR & Payroll Expertise

Extensive experience working with SAP HCM and Payroll

Strong SuccessFactors knowledge, ideally including Employee Central configuration

Experience supporting enterprise HR and payroll transformation initiatives

SuccessFactors Knowledge

Experience across a range of SuccessFactors modules, including:

- Career Development Planning - Goal Management - Performance Management - Learning & Development - Recruitment & Onboarding - Payroll - Recruitment Marketing

Solution Design & Delivery

Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications

Proven ability to design and configure SAP solutions aligned to business objectives

Experience supporting the full delivery life cycle, including blueprinting, testing, deployment and post-go-live support

Stakeholder Management

Ability to build strong relationships across HR, Payroll, IT and third-party suppliers

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

Collaborative approach with a strong focus on delivering business outcomes

Technical & Functional Capability

Experience working with SAP integrations across HR, Finance, Time Management and SuccessFactors environments

Understanding of SAP best practices, governance and functional design standards

Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation across the SAP landscape
