SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Service Lead based in the United Kingdom to lead service delivery, solution governance and continuous improvement across a global SAP SuccessFactors landscape. The role requires broad knowledge across most SAP SuccessFactors modules, strong integration experience, sound platform and testing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate functional, technical and business stakeholders in a hybrid working environment.

The Service Lead will maintain a stable and high-quality service while guiding enhancements, releases, implementation activities, cross-module design decisions and integration outcomes. The individual will act as a senior point of contact for service performance, escalations, risks, priorities and stakeholder communication.

Required Experience and Knowledge

• Approximately 10 to 15 years of HR technology experience, including substantial SAP SuccessFactors delivery and leadership exposure.
• Proven experience leading SAP SuccessFactors application services, implementation programmes, enhancements or transformation initiatives.
• Broad hands-on knowledge across most SAP SuccessFactors modules, with demonstrable depth in one or more core areas.
• Strong experience in SuccessFactors integrations, APIs, Middleware, identity services and data-management concepts.
• Experience governing cross-module designs, testing, releases, production deployments and service transition.
• Experience working with multinational organisations, global HR processes and complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong understanding of service management, incident and problem management, root-cause analysis, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence to engage senior leadership and guide delivery teams.
• Ability to work effectively in a UK-based hybrid model and collaborate across global time zones.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or a related discipline.
• SAP SuccessFactors Professional or Associate certification in Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Platform or another relevant module.
• Additional qualifications in SAP Integration Suite, SAP Activate, project management, Agile delivery, enterprise architecture or IT service management are desirable.
