Exchange Solution Architect

Technical skills

• Extensive experience in Messaging/Collaboration technologies (Exchange Online, Exchange On-Prem, M365).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Purview Compliance, eDiscovery, retention policies, Litigation/In-Place Hold.
• Solid understanding of Email routing, SMTP protocols, EWS API, Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, mail flow, archiving, and retention (MRM).
• Experience designing enterprise scale retention/deletion strategies.
• Understanding of integration with SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Graph API and M365 compliance ecosystem.
• Ability to produce architecture documents, governance models, and runbooks

• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and define policy governance.
• Work with business stakeholders and compliance teams to validate requirements and reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Provide technical oversight to engineers during development and testing.
