Scrum Master

We are hiring an experienced Scrum Master to support a globally distributed IT development team working across the UK and India.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles, self-organization, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and remove blockers impacting delivery and team productivity.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery metrics.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Promote Agile best practices, transparency, and effective communication across teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in IT development projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies - Scrum, Kanban, SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with MS Dynamics projects/environments.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work with remote and multicultural teams.
