SuccessFactors (SF) Developer/Integration Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, configure, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems such as ADP, Payroll, ERP, and Finance applications.
• Design and build interfaces using SuccessFactors Integration Center, OData APIs, SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite, and Middleware tools.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting of inbound/outbound interfaces.
• Support end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across integrated systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI/BTP Integration Suite.
• Knowledge of SuccessFactors APIs, OData, Integration Center, and Employee Central.
• Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation.
• Understanding of payroll integrations (ADP, SAP Payroll, or third-party payroll systems).
• Good knowledge of XML, JSON, REST/SOAP web services.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
