Key Responsibilities:
Lead payroll integration workshops with client stakeholders, driving requirements gathering, integration design decisions and sign-off.
Design, build, test and deploy Workday integrations, with a strong emphasis on payroll interfaces (PECI) to third-party payroll providers, including ADP.
Own the end-to-end integration design phase for payroll workstreams, translating business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
Partner with functional leads across HCM, Payroll and Benefits to ensure integration designs align with the wider Workday configuration.
Provide technical leadership and hands-on delivery across the full Workday deployment life cycle - Plan, Architect, Configure & Prototype, Test, Deploy and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects, working closely with client IT, Middleware and third-party vendor teams.
Contribute to integration strategy, design standards and reusable patterns across engagements.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior integration consultants.
Required Experience & Skills:
6+ years of hands-on Workday integration consulting experience.
Strong, demonstrable experience with PECI payroll integrations and third-party payroll providers, particularly ADP.
Proven experience leading payroll integration workshops and owning the design of payroll interfaces.
A minimum of two full-life cycle Workday implementation projects, from design through to deployment.
Previous experience working at a Workday services/implementation partner.
Solid understanding of the Workday HCM and Payroll data model as it relates to integration design.
Strong client-facing skills, with the confidence and communication style to lead workshops and influence design decisions.
Relevant Workday certifications (eg Integrations, PECI/PICOF, etc)
