Interim Change Manager - £700 - £800 per day (outside of IR35)

About the Role

Invecta Solutions are working with a leading London Market insurer seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join mid-project. The design phase has been completed, and the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving the change through delivery, engagement, and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead communications and stakeholder engagement across the business
  • Develop and deliver training materials to support change initiatives
  • Coordinate and manage UAT activities
  • Support requirements gathering and process documentation
  • Ensure business processes are well understood, embedded, and adopted across teams

Skills and Experience

  • Proven track record in business change management within insurance (essential)
  • Strong experience in managing change within technology-enabled programmes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to create training materials and deliver workshops
  • Experience in process documentation and supporting technology implementation
  • TPRM/Procurement transformation experience desirable but not essential
