We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a dynamic and growing IT support team, delivering high-quality services to a diverse client base.

๐Ÿ” The Role

You will be responsible for providing 2nd line remote support, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work across a broad range of technologies.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 2nd line support across desktop, server, and network environments
  • Manage and resolve incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and escalations
  • Support Office 365 and Azure environments
  • Work closely with internal teams and escalate where required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and technical documentation

โœ… Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a 2nd line support role within an IT services environment
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Office 365, Azure)
  • Solid understanding of infrastructure (servers, networking, virtualisation, security)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively
