Location: London & South East (with occasional client travel)

Salary: £60– £65,000 per annum

The Role

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to lead and deliver Azure and Microsoft 365 projects , as well as associated network and infrastructure implementations, for a variety of clients. Reporting to the Cloud Solutions Technical Lead, you’ll work hands-on with cloud and 365 solutions, ensuring seamless project delivery from design through to deployment and support.

You’ll collaborate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to provide technical guidance , troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure that SLA and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure projects for contracted and non-contracted clients.
  • Implement and support cloud, virtualisation, and associated network solutions.
  • Act as a technical escalation point for engineers and support staff.
  • Provide pre-sales input and technical guidance to the sales and solutions teams.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues across Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, servers, and networks .
  • Ensure SLA compliance and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with Azure, 365, and related cloud technologies , contributing to process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 and Azure projects within an MSP or similar environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualisation .
  • Experience troubleshooting 3rd-line issues in cloud and network environments .
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and provide technical leadership.
  • Team player with a proactive, “can-do” approach.

Desirable Certifications:

Microsoft Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 certifications, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), Cisco CCNA, ITIL Foundation.
