As part of their continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Marketing to lead their marketing function, drive lead generation, and help elevate the brand within the technology sector.

The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious marketing leader to take ownership of the marketing strategy and play a key role in the next stage of the company's growth journey.

Working closely with the leadership team and Sales Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate pipeline, strengthen brand awareness, and support commercial objectives.

This role requires someone who is equally comfortable developing strategy and rolling their sleeves up to deliver campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy
  • Drive lead generation activity across digital, email, social media, content, events and partner channels
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to align marketing activity with business objectives
  • Plan and deliver webinars, events and customer engagement initiatives
  • Create and manage content including blogs, case studies, whitepapers and thought leadership campaigns
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns, segmentation, automation and reporting
  • Manage website content, social media activity and overall brand presence
  • Build and maintain target prospect databases and lead generation activity
  • Drive PR initiatives including award submissions, company announcements and customer success stories
  • Collaborate with technology partners on joint marketing campaigns and events
  • Produce sales collateral including presentations, datasheets and case studies
  • Lead, mentor and develop the marketing team
  • Measure, analyse and report on campaign performance and ROI

About You

We're looking for a commercially minded marketing professional who has already operated within the technology sector and understands how to market complex technology solutions to a B2B audience.

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience in a senior marketing role
  • Experience working for a Technology, IT Services, Managed Services, MSP, Cloud, Cyber Security or Software business
  • Strong B2B lead generation experience
  • Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline growth
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing and event-led lead generation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Previous leadership or team management experience
  • Data-driven approach with strong reporting and analytical skills

  • Must have worked within a technology company
  • Comfortable travelling into London on a regular basis for meetings, events and collaboration
