We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Data & AI specialist to help deliver and shape high-impact data and AI solutions.
This is a true player-coach role — ideal for someone who enjoys staying close to the tech, leading complex work, and supporting others to grow alongside them.
🚀 What you’ll be doing
You’ll play a key role in delivering complex Data & AI engagements, while acting as a go-to technical expert within the team.
- Lead end-to-end Data & AI solutions — from architecture through to implementation
- Work hands-on across data platforms, pipelines, and AI/ML use cases
- Contribute to technical design, solution quality, and best practices
- Partner with clients on high-value, technically challenging projects
- Support pre-sales through solution design and technical input
- Mentor and support engineers, helping them build capability and confidence
🧠 What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in data engineering and modern data platforms
- Proven delivery of AI/ML solutions in real-world environments
- Comfortable operating as a senior technical presence with clients
- Experience working on complex consulting or delivery engagements
- Ability to mentor and guide others, sharing knowledge and raising standards
- Exposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure preferred) and end-to-end data-to-AI pipelines
