ServiceNow PreSales Architect
We’re working with a leading global technology organisation that delivers innovative digital solutions across enterprise environments, including cloud, infrastructure, and IT service management platforms. They are looking to appoint a Senior Presales Consultant to support growth across their Enterprise Service Management (ESM) offering.
The Role
This is a client-facing presales position where you’ll play a key role in shaping solutions, supporting complex sales cycles, and demonstrating the value of modern ITSM platforms.
You’ll work closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams to:
- Design and present tailored solutions across ServiceNow and related platforms
- Lead client workshops, discovery sessions, and technical engagements
- Develop and deliver proof of value (PoV) demonstrations
- Support and own responses to RFPs, RFIs, and proposals
- Create solution assets such as accelerators, playbooks, and migration strategies
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, aligning technology to business outcomes
- Contribute to pipeline growth through proactive presales activity and stakeholder engagement
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in presales / solution consulting within enterprise IT environments
- Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform
- Proven experience supporting complex sales cycles and enterprise deals
- Ability to lead workshops, demos, and technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Freshworks, BMC, Cherwell, or similar)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness with the ability to articulate business value and ROI
Desirable
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS)
- Experience in consulting or professional services environments
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling)
