Job Title: Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive EA/PA to support senior leaders within a fast-paced, global tech company. You will provide exceptional executive support across scheduling, planning, communications, and operational coordination - removing administrative friction so leadership can focus on strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage complex calendars, prioritising time based on business needs
  • Oversee full travel logistics, itineraries, travel packs, visas and expenses
  • Prepare executive documents, presentations, agendas, and briefing materials
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage incoming correspondence, requests and invitations on behalf of the leadership team
  • Ensure smooth daily operations by anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly

Operations, Events & Communication

  • Organise team events, offsites, leadership meetings, tech talks and internal sessions
  • Schedule and coordinate global meetings, ensuring materials and rooms are ready
  • Support internal communications and identify opportunities to improve knowledge flow
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and operational efficiency
  • Assist with global initiatives including logistics, attendee coordination and execution

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience as an EA, PA, Business Support or Administrative Partner (tech or consulting preferred)
  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
  • Would love experience working with a HR leader
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities across all levels
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast-moving tech environment
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Discreet, trustworthy and confident handling confidential information
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Calendar, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with tools like Zoom, Workday, Concur, DocuSign
