We’re seeking a strategic leader to design and deliver a transformative learning and development framework that aligns with business priorities and accelerates workforce capability for the AI era.

What you’ll do:

• Set the global talent vision —develop a competency framework and embed new principles across all regions
• Lead strategic learning initiatives —from onboarding to future-focused development pathways
• Drive a coaching culture and oversee global talent reviews to support organisational growth
• Integrate programmes with the global HRIS and LMS systems , ensuring data-driven insights inform decisions
• Innovate learning experiences— podcasts, fireside chats, interactive content —to engage a 2,000-strong workforce
• Partner with senior leadership to future-proof skills , focusing on AI and technology adoption

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in global talent strategy and development within tech or data-driven organisations
• Strong data literacy and HRIS/LMS expertise
• Ability to repurpose resources creatively and deliver impactful learning within budget
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills at executive level
• Global mindset—programmes that scale across regions and cultures
