Rate: £350 to £450 per day inside IR35
We are seeking a creative Instructional Designer to support development of engaging digital learning content for large workforce transformation programmes.
Key responsibilities
Design and build interactive learning modules using Articulate Storyline
Produce structured storyboards and learning journey flows
Script clear, engaging learning content aligned to business outcomes
Conduct user testing and content validation cycles
Work with SMEs to translate technical material into accessible learning
Required experience
Expert level Articulate Storyline development capability
Strong instructional design methodology grounding
Demonstrable content Scripting and narrative structuring skills
Experience testing and iterating digital learning products
Exposure to AI avatar/voice tools such as Synthesia or ElevenLabs desirable
