A government client is seeking an experienced Oracle Architect to take on a senior technical leadership role within a high-profile transformation programme. This position offers the opportunity to lead architectural design and delivery across Oracle analytics and data platforms while managing and guiding technical teams in a complex stakeholder environment.

Location
Hybrid working model with 1 to 2 days per week onsite in London.

Engagement
Senior team lead or managerial level role supporting a major public sector programme.

Key responsibilities
Lead architecture design and technical delivery across Oracle analytics and data solutions
Provide hands-on expertise across Oracle FDI, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, OBIEE, or ODI
Manage and mentor technical teams, ensuring high standards of delivery and governance
Work closely with programme leadership, suppliers, and stakeholders to align architecture with strategic objectives
Support solution assurance, performance optimisation, and best practice adoption across the delivery life cycle

Essential experience
Strong hands-on background in Oracle FDI, OAC, FAW, or OBIEE and ODI
Proven experience in a team lead or managerial capacity
Ability to operate in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
Strong architectural governance and solution design capability

Additional requirements
Must hold current SC Clearance
Experience delivering on large-scale transformation or government programmes is highly desirable
