Salesforce Architect

We're looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect with strong Revenue Cloud (RCA) experience to support an in-flight brownfield programme. This role requires someone customer-facing, hands-on, and able to own end-to-end solution design while providing clear technical leadership across the platform.

• Lead technical architecture for Revenue Cloud, CPQ and Billing within a complex Salesforce environment.

• Evaluate the existing landscape, identify gaps and shape best-practice solutions.

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and integration patterns.

• Engage directly with stakeholders, providing guidance, clarity and direction.

• Oversee and support development teams to ensure quality and consistency.

• Deliver hands-on troubleshooting, solution reviews and architectural decisions.

• Produce high-quality technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

• Proven background as a Salesforce Architect with hands-on Revenue Cloud, CPQ and Billing expertise.

• Strong stakeholder-facing skills, able to influence and challenge effectively.

• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, integrations, APIs and platform governance.

• Experience guiding developers and shaping DevOps/release processes.

• Salesforce Architect certifications

• Revenue Cloud/CPQ Specialist certification

• Experience stabilising complex or Legacy Salesforce environments
