Senior SAP HR Payroll
We are looking for two experienced Senior SAP Payroll Consultants to join our team. These roles are critical in delivering high-quality Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions, specifically tailored for the UK.
As a senior member of the team, you will act as a subject matter expert, bridging the gap between complex payroll legislation and technical system configuration.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Implementation & Support: Lead end-to-end ECP implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Compliance & Localization: Ensure the payroll system remains compliant with UK (HMRC) legislative requirements, including RTI, Pensions, and BIK.
- System Configuration: Deep-dive configuration of Payroll Schemas and PCRs (Personnel Calculation Rules) to handle complex pay structures.
- Integration Management: Oversee the integration between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and internal payroll teams.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the final point of escalation for complex payroll defects and system performance issues.
Required Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Payroll (on-premise) and/or SAP SuccessFactors ECP.
- Domain Expertise: Must have deep knowledge of either UK and/or Irish Payroll processes and statutory regulations.
- Technical Skills. Expertise in PCRs and Schemas.
- Experience with the Payroll Control Center (PCC).
- Solid understanding of standard SAP tools (eg, Wage Type Catalog, Off-cycle payroll).
- Communication: Proven ability to translate technical payroll jargon into clear, actionable advice for stakeholders and HR leaders.
