Lead .NET Engineer - SC cleared or DV cleared

• At least 5 years recent experience of working on solution delivery and application design and at least 3 years' experience of development in an Official Sensitive environment.
• Experience in writing technical Documentation suitable for accreditation at Official Sensitive.
• Experience of working with Solution Security and Information Assurance Accreditors to ensure the design meets the needs of the security standards being applied for Official Sensitive.
• Experienced in effectively transferring knowledge and skills to other team members.
• Experience of operating within an Agile/Scrum environment, to iteratively ship products in small, self-organised teams.
• Excellent knowledge and experience of full stack Microsoft .NET development (especially WPF MVVM & WCF ODATA)
• Experience of Test Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing techniques.
• Experience of using CASE toolsets in support of Continuous Integration and automated deployment of applications, preferably the Atlassian tool suite.
• Able to demonstrate expert knowledge in the design and build of resilient Enterprise class software in a heterogeneous environment with exposure to most of following key technologies:
  • Windows Server Operating Systems.
  • Microsoft .NET development.
  • C#.
  • MVVM/WPF, WCF, MVC, WebAPI, Core.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server TSQL development basic DBA activities.
  • Active Directory, Group Policy Objects.
• Experience in Rest/SOAP Web Service development
• An understanding of project management principles particularly risk and issue management.
• Currently vetted to hold SC or DV security clearance.

Desirables:

• Working knowledge of Angular, Bootstrap, React, Express, No.Js.
• Experience in developing for/with Middleware technologies such as ESB, Message brokers, and MQs for a SOA.
• Experience of working within a VMWare ESXi environment.
• Familiarity with network topologies, Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and NTP.
• Experience of working in the Public Sector.
