Business Improvement Lead – Midlands/Flexible

Up to £60k plus excellent benefits – Ideally you will be Midlands based, or able to get to a Midlands based office a few times a month.

Business Improvement Lead required for an organisation progressing through a large scale transformation programme. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact at a time when the organisation is investing heavily in it's systems and software. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Improvement Lead that is looking for a role with variety & challenge.

Previous experience working within a fast-paced Business Improvement role would be highly desirable for this position – experience working in an environment of transformation & change, particularly new systems & ways of working.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in process improvement & transformation within a large, multi-site organisation
  • Ability to support large-scale transformation projects
  • Strong analytical skills to assess processes & quantify potential process improvements
  • Exceptional communication abilities to management stakeholder expectations.
  • Qualifications such as Six Sigma, Lean or similar process improvement methodologies.

Salary

The salary/package for this position is up to £65k per annum depending on experience, plus excellent benefits & flexible working.
