Business Process Analyst – Midlands/Flexible

Up to £45k plus excellent benefits – Ideally you will be Midlands based, or able to get to a Midlands based office a few times a month.

Business Process Analyst required for an organisation progressing through a large scale transformation programme. Fantastic opportunity to make a real impact at a time when the organisation is investing heavily in it's systems and software. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Business Process Analyst that is looking for a role with variety & challenge.

Previous experience working within an analytical and process improvement role would be highly desirable of this role. An ability to work with a variety of stakeholders is critical for this role.

Role overview:

• Process mapping & documentation.
• Development of a new target operating model.
• Requirements gathering and data analysis.
• Appreciation of automation opportunities working closely with software development teams.
• Stakeholder engagement, communication & change management.
• Improvement recommendations.
• Continuous improvement mindset.

You will have:

• Previous experience in process improvement & transformation within a large, multi-site organisation.
• Ability to support large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong analytical skills to assess processes & quantify potential process improvements.
• Exceptional communication abilities to management stakeholder expectations.

Salary:

The salary/package for this position is up to £45k per annum depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including a company car & flexible working opportunities.
