This one gives you the chance to shape strategy, influence the business, and build a stronger security culture across the firm.
Reporting into the Head of Strategic Planning & Governance, you’ll lead cyber security operations while helping drive the firm’s wider cyber resilience strategy.
You’ll manage a small team of Cyber Security Analysts and play a key role across governance, vulnerability management, tooling, compliance, and security improvement initiatives.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real visibility across the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading cyber initiatives across the business
- Managing and mentoring Cyber Security Analysts
- Driving vulnerability management and remediation
- Working closely with the SOC to maintain 24/7 security coverage
- Improving cyber processes, controls, and governance
- Partnering with IT, Risk & Compliance, HR, and senior stakeholders
- Delivering reporting and insight to leadership teams
What they’re looking for
Strong experience across areas including:
- SIEM platforms
- Experience in Microsoft environments
- Infrastructure and web application security
- Firewalls, web filtering, and identity solutions
- Vulnerability management and cyber governance
