D365 CE Trainer – Remote/ UK travel

3-month contract – Up to £450/ day Outside IR35

Overview:

We are recruiting on behalf of a high-growth, private equity–backed services platform that is building a market-leading operation through strong investment in people, technology, and sustainability.

As a contract D365 CE Trainer, you will play a key role in supporting system adoption by designing and delivering effective training to users across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training programmes for new clients being onboarded onto Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Develop high-quality training materials, including user guides, process documentation and learning resources.
• Deliver training via classroom, virtual and blended learning formats.
• Support users during system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Act as a point of contact for training-related queries and user support.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure training aligns with business processes and best practice.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve training content and delivery.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience training users on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or similar CRM platforms.
• Strong understanding of user adoption and change management principles.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Experience creating structured, engaging training documentation.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Rate:

Day rate on offer is up to £450/ day outside ir35, plus flexible working opportunities.
