This critical role will drive the automation of Accounts Payable processes during the RFP stage and system implementation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead workshops with finance teams and senior stakeholders to gather requirementsConduct a comprehensive 'AS-IS' process analysis of current ERP workflowsDesign and document 'TO-BE' processes optimized for Cloud ERPCreate detailed future state documentation aligned with automation objectivesSupport the RFP process with detailed business requirements and vendor evaluationFocus on Accounts Payable process automation and efficiency improvementsPresent findings and recommendations to project steering committeesEssential Requirements5+ years of Business Analyst experience in finance transformation projectsProven track record with ERP implementations, preferably modern cloud-based platformsStrong background in AP, P2P, and R2R processesExperience with mid-tier ERP systemsExpert-level 'AS-IS'/'TO-BE' process analysis and documentation skillsProven ability to lead workshops and facilitate stakeholder engagement
