Senior Finance Lead

Are you a finance leader ready to step into a strategic, high-impact role at the heart of a fast-scaling business? We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded Finance Leader to drive financial strategy, lead operations, and shape the future of an ambitious tech company that's transforming their space.

Your Mission:

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be a trusted partner to the leadership team, bringing clarity to decision-making through insightful financial planning and overseeing smooth day-to-day finance operations as the business scales.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Build and deliver financial reports, dashboards, board packs, and investor updates
Partner on pricing, commercial strategy, and growth initiatives
Oversee invoicing, billing, and revenue recognition
Ensure financial compliance, optimise cash flow, and drive process improvements

Experience Required:

Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA with 3-5 years post qualified experience
Experience leading finance in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Strong FP&A skills, SaaS metrics knowledge
Hands-on exposure to fundraising and investor relations.
Confident communicator with a strategic mindset and strong modelling skills
A collaborative leader with a track record of building and guiding teams
