IFS ERP Manufacturing Consultant

I am working with an FMCG company based in Northamptonshire, who are looking to appoint an IFS Manufacturing Consultant for their ERP Programme. Specifically, my client requires someone with an FMCG or Manufacturing background and strong knowledge of the IFS ERP Solution to work with their operational stakeholders and the project leadership team to support the re-design of archaic business processes and to help shape the solution design of the new IFS system.

I'm interested in speaking to people who have worked either as an IFS ERP Consultant for several years specifically on the FMCG / Manufacturing side of ERP implemenations, or alternatively (and preferably) someone who has worked in the operations of an FMCG business (or manufacturing business) and has been involved in numerous ERP Implementation programmes (this might include, Plant Manager, Factory Manager, General Manager etc.), but it is imperative that applicants have demonstrable experience of working on IFS.

Applicants must have the following experience (as a minimum) to be considered for the shortlist:

• Extensive experience working within the FMCG / Manufacturing sector (5+ years)
• Experience working on IFS ERP Projects, ideally new system implementations
• Demonstrable experience building relationships with Senior level stakeholders and facing off to Chief Officer and Director level colleagues
• Must be willing to travel on site to work with the on-site operations teams (likely 2 - 3 days per week) as per the project demands
• Superlative comms skills, confident in own ability and able to challenge ideas if not fit for purpose

This is an initial 6 months contract and will be Outside IR35, applicants will have the opportunity to support the design, build, test, deployment and hypercare phases of the project.
