An exciting opportunity to join a private equity-backed SaaS and data platform in a newly created FP&A role, supporting the development of a more forward-looking and commercially focused finance function.

The business is at a stage where improved planning, forecasting and performance insight are critical to supporting continued growth and decision-making.

The Role

You will play a key role in building out FP&A capability, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide meaningful insight and drive performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and owning budgeting and forecasting processes from first principles
• Developing and maintaining financial models to support decision-making
• Creating and refining KPI dashboards, including SaaS metrics such as ARR, churn and retention
• Supporting cash flow forecasting and scenario planning
• Providing clear analysis and commentary to support leadership decisions
• Partnering with operational teams to understand and explain performance drivers

About You

• Strong FP&A or analytical finance background (SaaS or subscription preferred)
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability
• Ability to build models and processes in an unstructured environment
• Commercially minded, with the ability to translate data into actionable insight
• Proactive and comfortable operating with ambiguity
• Experience in consulting, banking or high-growth environments beneficial
