63k per annum (potentially some flexibility on this), flexible working & excellent benefits including pension & flex fund

1 to 2 days per week in the office in Central Birmingham, the rest from home

M365 & Copilot Engineer required for a leading organisation based in Central Birmingham who are progressing through a large-scale transformation of its systems and processes. Within the role you will play a key part in the technical roll-out of copilot across the organisation, working with key stakeholders to ensure a successful and secure roll-out across a complex organisation.

Ideally you will be a technically strong M365 specialist who already has rolled out copilot within or for an organisation.

This is your chance to own Copilot transformation end to end. Designing, securing, and scaling Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Agents while improving digital behaviours and modern workplace practices across the organisation.

As my client’s central subject matter expert, you’ll set the strategy, build the roadmap, and lead delivery. Working closely with the other technical teams, you will ensure their environment, identity, and permissions are Copilot‐ready; define clear access and onboarding frameworks; and drive adoption that is safe, compliant, and value‐driven.

You will work across technical and non‐technical teams to embed responsible AI principles, manage complex issues through structured problem-solving, and prove measurable business impact.
