With a strong recurring revenue model and ambitious expansion plans, the company is investing in its finance function to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. The Role

As Management Accountant, you’ll work closely with the Group Financial Controller and wider finance team to deliver accurate reporting, drive insights, and support continuous improvement across finance processes. This is a hands-on role combining core management accounting with systems expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Month-End

• Prepare monthly management accounts with supporting analysis and commentary
• Support month-end close including journals, accruals, prepayments and ledger reviews
• Assist with board reporting and performance insights
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and ad hoc analysis

Balance Sheet Control

• Own and reconcile key balance sheet accounts
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner
• Maintain strong financial controls and documentation

Systems & Reporting (NetSuite)

• Act as a key NetSuite user within finance
• Build and deliver insightful reports for stakeholders
• Drive improvements in reporting efficiency and data visibility

Finance Operations Support

• Provide support across purchase ledger processes where required
• Work collaboratively with the wider finance team to meet deadlines and improve processes

About You

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Proven experience in a management accounting role, ideally in a fast-paced or scaling business
• Strong month-end experience including accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
• Advanced NetSuite experience with strong reporting capability
• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on, proactive and team-oriented
