SAP HCM Consultant 565 per day – Inside IR35 Primarily Remote – Rare travel to Derby Until July 27 Key Requirements: Strong SAP HCM Payroll consultant experience across both project delivery and live support environments.

Proven expertise in UK and Canadian Payroll, including payroll legislation, statutory compliance, tax regulations, deductions, reporting, and year-end processing.

Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA HCM, Time Management, and Personnel Administration (PA).Strong SAP Payroll configuration and support background, including Payroll PCR and Schema development.

Experience integrating SAP Payroll with third-party vendors and external systems. Broader SAP knowledge across Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, and Integration is highly desirable.

Ability to work independently, provide reliable customer-focused solutions, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
