Reference: BH-236868SC cleared Infrastructure Specialist – Project & Platform Support Focus - Horizon SMEYou will primarily focus on technical project delivery and platform‐level support, with the flexibility to support BAU activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical assistance to projects, including design input, implementation, testing, and transition into BAU.Act as a subject‐matter expert for virtualisation technologies and support knowledge transfer where required.

Support BAU operations and front‐line fix activities during periods of increased demand.

Collaborate with HMRC teams and suppliers to coordinate technical delivery across projects.

Participate in on‐call support arrangements.

Technical Capabilities: Expert‐level experience with VMware, vSphere, and Horizon.

Windows Server administration (2012 R2, 2016, 2019).HPE server infrastructure support.

Active Directory administration; SCCM knowledge desirable but not essential.
