A leading private healthcare organisation is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their growing technology function. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver impactful projects across clinical and digital systems in a complex, fast-evolving environment.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects , working across internal teams and third-party providers.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, delivery, and healthcare , requiring someone who can translate technical requirements into clear plans and drive projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of multiple technical projects across clinical and IT systems
  • Own project plans, RAID logs, and delivery roadmaps
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and Technical Leads to shape delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers
  • Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and timelines
  • Ensure strong governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk management

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Technical or IT Project Manager
  • Experience delivering projects within healthcare, NHS, or clinical systems environments
  • Strong understanding of technical delivery (systems, infrastructure, software, or cloud)
  • Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Solid knowledge of RAID, governance, and structured delivery environments
  • Confident working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Desirable

  • Experience with EPR / EHR / clinical applications
  • Background working with healthtech / SaaS providers
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery models
