Account Executive

The business is profitable, growing and investing in building a high-performing commercial team. We are hiring an Account Executive to support increasing demand for the platform and to help build a scalable, high-quality sales function as the product continues to grow.

The Account Executive role

This role is suited to a high-performing SDR or junior Account Executive who is ready to step into a full sales role focused on senior decision-makers.

You will be responsible for generating new opportunities and, over time, taking ownership of running demos and managing deals from first contact through to close. You must be comfortable with outbound lead generation, including cold calling senior stakeholders across investment and HR teams.

  • You will build a deep understanding of our platform and become confident in discussing compensation structures, carried interest and talent topics within private markets.
